With a dedicated team of over 100 finance professionals spread across three group companies, First Capital Group leads the corporate financial advisory landscape in Argentina. Established as the corporate finance division of Deloitte in Argentina and LATCO from 2000 to 2013, we became First Capital Group in 2013 and became the Clairfield partner for Argentina in 2024.

Since the year 2000, First Capital Group has structured more than 1,400 securitised transactions totaling over US$30 billion and completed over 1,200 valuations across Latin America. Clients include major domestic multinational groups, notable family businesses, and various municipal, provincial, and national governments. We have provided financial advisory services to prominent multinational companies such as Shell, Dupont, ICBC, and Unilever.
