Clairfield advises Group FIMO on the acquisition of Polyform SA

Group FIMO, an Italian manufacturer and distributor of telecom cable management products, acquired Polyform SA, a French company specializing in camouflage solutions for the telecom industry.

Group FIMO is composed of the Italian parent company FI.MO.TEC S.p.A. and its operating subsidiaries located in France, Germany, India, and the US. In 2015, the Italian private equity fund IGI SGR acquired 99.47% of Group FIMO, which in 2016 reported consolidated revenues of over EUR 20 million and an EBITDA margin of more than 20%.

The acquisition of Polyform SA will allow Group FIMO to strengthen its presence in France and to increase its product offering with camouflage solutions for the telecom industry.
