The Clairfield Academy exists to train, educate and inspire, and in turn present our clients with high-calibre teams equipped to bring new insights to their business.
The Clairfield Academy is our training and leadership program for juniors. The training sessions are held quarterly by Clairfield offices around the world. Through this program we provide
- Training in the M&A process (valuations, documentation, and technical skills) and soft skills such as presentation and negotiation techniques. Topics include valuations, documentation, international trends, and industry research as well as internal best practices.
- Opportunities for Clairfield’s “Next Generation” to network globally, form relationships, and exchange skills and know-how. Clairfield Academy members also participate in social events with partners and clients held in conjunction with partner meetings.
