Josh Knox

Josh is a Director at Clairfield’s London office, which he joined in 2022. He is responsible for M&A deal execution and origination primarily in the Industrials sector. Josh has over 13 years’ experience in corporate advisory on both the equity side (M&A) and debt side (debt structuring and advisory). Prior to joining Clairfield he was running an independent advisory firm with a special focus on capital raising and M&A.

Previously, Josh has worked in boutique investment banks and large corporate banks in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, including JC Rathbones, ANZ Banking Group and Dixon Advisory Group.

Josh graduated with a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Waikato and a double major in finance and economics.
