Şeref Yazaroğlu joined Clairfield in Istanbul in 2023.

His role involves overseeing various aspects of M&A processes, including financial analysis, market research, preparation of information memoranda, and support on virtual data rooms. He also actively participates in deal flow management and supports other strategic advisory initiatives.

Şeref is currently completing a degree in engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
