Clairfield advises on the sale of Town & Country Fine Foods to Musgrave Group in Premium UK Foodservice Acquisition

Musgrave is Ireland’s leading food retail, wholesale and foodservice company with a total sales footprint of €5.2 billion.

The acquisition of Town & Country continues their expansion strategy in the UK foodservice market.

Clairfield International were exclusively engaged by the shareholders to run an international sale process for the company. During this process, Town & Country received interest from domestic and overseas trade buyers as well as private equity before ultimately identifying Musgrave as the ideal purchaser for the business.
