Josh Knox

Josh is a director at Clairfield’s London office, which he joined in 2022. He is responsible for mergers & acquisitions deal execution and origination. Josh has over 10 years’ experience in corporate advisory on both the equity side (M&A) and debt side (debt structuring and advisory). Most recently he has been running an independent advisory firm with a special focus on capital raising and M&A.

Previously, Josh has worked in various boutique investments banks and large corporate banks in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, including JC Rathbones, ANZ Banking Group, and Dixon Advisory Group.

Josh graduated with a degree from the University of Waikato with a double major in finance and economics.
