Edward Grey

Edward Grey is a managing director in New York City. His practice is focused on M&A advisory to private and public companies in the healthcare and technology sectors, with a particular focus on personalized medicine, genomics, and synthetic biology.

He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a bachelors of science in both economics and industrial management, and Vermont Law School, where he received the Award of Academic Excellence for Law & Economics.
